Hounslow Fire: Restaurant Blaze on A4 Prompts 60 Firefighters

A restaurant has erupted in flames on the A4 Great West Road in Hounslow, prompting a large-scale emergency response. Sixty firefighters are currently battling the blaze, with around half the roof consumed by fire, according to the London Fire Brigade.

Firefighting Efforts

Crews are using 32-metre ladders to spray water onto the fire from above. Dramatic images captured by MyLondon show firefighters working from height to contain the inferno. The cause of the fire remains unknown at this stage.

Impact on Transport

The incident has led to the diversion of London bus route H91. Motorists in the area have reported a 'major incident' with ambulances also in attendance, though no injuries have been confirmed.
