It's official: the world's best burger is in London. In fact, the Big Smoke boasts three of the top 10 burger places on the planet.
Bleecker Burger Takes the Crown
According to the World's 101 Best Burger Places ranking, Bleecker Burger has claimed the top spot. The ranking considers the burgers themselves, consistency, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, hospitality, and overall integrity of the concept.
Bleecker's winning cheeseburger features dry-aged beef cooked pink, vivid orange cheese, onion, and secret sauce inside a glossy toasted seeded bun. The menu also includes a bacon burger, a blue burger with Saint Agur blue cheese, and a vegan burger with a mushroom, beetroot, and onion patty.
The judges described Bleecker's burgers as "Bold, direct and unapologetically flavour-first. No distractions. No decoration. Just identity." Bleecker has eight locations across London, with favorites at Spitalfields Market and Seven Dials.
London Dominates the Top 10
London also claims the second-best burger in the world: Black Bear Burger, with nine locations across the city. Hawksmoor St Pancras landed in seventh place with its Royale burger, featuring beef and bone marrow patties, spicy mayo, raw onion, dill pickles, and American cheese. Burger and Beyond took eleventh place.
