Following an outstanding season with the Hammers, Fernandes is anticipated to depart in the summer transfer window after the club's relegation from the Premier League. United had previously made an approach for the 21-year-old, with West Ham demanding a fee of £80 million.

According to FootMercato, PSG have now made their move, opening talks with West Ham over a double deal that includes Dutch winger Crysencio Summerville. The report indicates that West Ham have set a combined fee of €130 million (£112 million) for both players.
