This weekend marks the dramatic conclusion to All Elite Wrestling's 2025 Pay-Per-View calendar with the highly anticipated AEW Full Gear event. Broadcasting live from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, the show promises to deliver a night of unforgettable action and championship clashes that could reshape the company's landscape.
How To Watch AEW Full Gear Live In The UK
For British fans eager to catch every moment, the event airs live in the early hours of Sunday, 22 November 2025, starting at 12am GMT. There are multiple ways to stream the action from the comfort of your home.
Viewers can order the Pay-Per-View through TrillerTV without needing an AEW Plus subscription. Alternatively, the event is available for purchase on Prime Video, PPV.com, and YouTube. Prices do vary by platform, with Prime Video currently listing the event for £14.99.
Major Matches And Storylines Heading Into Full Gear
The card is stacked with high-stakes matches, headlined by a brutal World Championship showdown inside a Steel Cage. Meanwhile, a new championship will be born, and personal rivalries will reach their boiling point.
World Championship Steel Cage Main Event
The main event sees Hangman Adam Page defend his AEW World Championship against the relentless Samoa Joe. This is a direct rematch stemming from the fallout of WrestleDream, where Joe launched a vicious attack on Page after a title match. Since then, Joe has fully embraced his villainous side, using his faction, The Opps, to systematically target the champion.
Tired of the constant interference, Page personally called for the Steel Cage stipulation. This ensures no outside help, forcing the Samoan Submission Machine to face the champion one-on-one in an unforgiving environment. The question on everyone's mind is whether the fighting champion can withstand the onslaught of a veteran whose career twilight adds a layer of desperation to his challenge.
Women's World Championship Legacy Fight
In another major title bout, Kris Statlander puts her AEW Women's World Championship on the line against the highly decorated Mercedes Moné. Moné, who boasts an impressive collection of titles from various promotions, is determined to capture the one major AEW championship that has eluded her.
Although Moné has previously defeated Statlander twice in historic matches for the TBS Championship, the roles are now reversed. Statlander is the champion, having dethroned Toni Storm—a competitor Moné has never beaten. This clash is all about legacy: can Moné cement her status as the undisputed CEO of wrestling, or will Statlander achieve the ultimate redemption and halt Moné's quest for dominance?
Inaugural National Championship Crowned
Full Gear will also see the crowning of the first-ever AEW National Champion in a chaotic Casino Gauntlet Match. This new title is specifically designed to be defended globally across multiple partner promotions, including NJPW and CMLL.
The unpredictable gauntlet format begins with two participants, with more entrants joining at timed intervals. Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin of The Hurt Syndicate have already secured the first two spots, creating a compelling storyline where faction tactics could dictate the outcome. The winner will instantly become the travelling face of AEW's international collaborative efforts.
