Paris Fury has revealed the reason Tommy Fury was absent from his niece Venezuela's wedding this weekend. The 16-year-old bride married Noah Price, 19, in a lavish ceremony at the Victorian Royal Chapel of St John's in the Isle of Man. Among the 120 attendees was heavily pregnant Molly-Mae Hague, Tommy's partner, who flew in via private jet with their three-year-old daughter Bambi, who served as a bridesmaid. However, Tommy, 27, was nowhere to be seen.
Paris Fury Explains Tommy's Absence
Proud mum Paris Fury told The Sun that Tommy had to stay in Manchester for his boxing training camp. She praised Molly-Mae, describing her as 'incredible' for making the journey while heavily pregnant. 'She is being fully supportive, and she is bringing Bambi over, so that Bambi could be a bridesmaid with the kids,' Paris said. 'But I have got to throw her props. She is making that journey while heavily pregnant and I wouldn't have been able to face that while I was at her term of pregnancy.'
Molly-Mae and Tommy's Relationship
Molly-Mae met Tommy on season five of Love Island in 2019, finishing as runners-up. They welcomed daughter Bambi in 2023 and, after a temporary split, rekindled their romance and announced they are expecting their second child. Paris said of Molly-Mae and Bambi's trip: 'It's lovely that they are making the effort. It's lovely that Bambi and the other little girls all get to be bridesmaids. They are all cousins and it's sweet that they'll make memories together.'
Wedding Details
Bambi was one of 13 child bridesmaids, including Venezuela's sisters Valencia, eight, and Athena, all dressed in 'powder blue cupcake dresses.' Five grown-up bridesmaids wore fitted gowns. The bride wore an enormous fishtail gown with a 50-foot train, hiding white Crocs underneath. Emotional father Tyson Fury gave a moving speech, saying: 'Our firstborn, our daughter Venezuela, getting married will be a very happy, emotional day. I'm a big softie but if your children are happy that is the best thing, which they are. Marriage is for life, so we wish them all the happiness in the world.'
Cameras were on standby for the family's Netflix show, At Home With the Furys. After the ceremony, the party moved to a ballroom decorated with hydrangeas and roses, where guests enjoyed a three-course meal, sandwiches, curry, chips, and midnight bacon sandwiches. The happy couple sat on thrones, recalling David and Victoria Beckham's wedding. Paris noted that no seating plan was needed, as 'we will all know each other,' and added: 'We all come from big families so we've got lots of little ones. I think it's lovely that she is marrying within the traveller community. We have the same important traditions and cultural values and it can be very difficult if you mix cultures.'
