The Danish manager expressed bewilderment that Romero avoided a red card after a first-half challenge on Brentford's Ivan Toney. Despite the incident occurring right in front of the assistant referee, the Tottenham centre-back received only a yellow card, a decision that left Frank visibly frustrated.
"It was a clear foul and I cannot understand why it wasn't a second yellow," Frank stated in his post-match press conference. "The assistant referee was standing right there with a perfect view of the incident."

"At 1-1, with them down to ten men, it would have been a completely different game," Frank reflected. "These moments matter in the Premier League, and today we feel hard done by."
