Ben holds Maggie responsible for Susie's safety risk
In upcoming scenes, Ben clashes with Maggie when he discovers she uploaded the video without his approval. Given the family's history with abuse, Ben is on high alert. His son Will was groomed by predatory athletics coach Megan Walsh, a horrific ordeal that shook the Driscoll family and caused serious friction between Ben and his mother.
Maggie, played by Pauline McLynn, has a fiery temper and previously pushed Megan physically to scare her away from Will. She also pushed her husband down the stairs to his death to conceal that Ben is the lovechild of her affair with Jim McDonald.
