The 49ers' offence was in scintillating form at Levi's Stadium. Brock Purdy completed 25 of his 34 pass attempts for 295 yards, connecting for a personal-high five touchdowns with only one interception. His favourite targets were in devastating form, with tight end George Kittle hauling in seven receptions for 115 yards and a score.
Running back Christian McCaffrey was once again instrumental in his versatile role, terrorising the Colts' defence on the ground and through the air. He rushed 21 times for 117 yards and caught six passes for 29 yards, two of which resulted in touchdowns.

The Indianapolis Colts, despite a valiant effort from returning veteran quarterback Philip Rivers, saw their playoff hopes continue to dim.
