A fourth individual has been formally charged in relation to the devastating arson attack that targeted four ambulances in the Golders Green area of North London, marking a significant development in the ongoing investigation.
Details of the Latest Charge
Judex Atshatshi, an 18-year-old British national residing in Dagenham, has been charged with committing arson with recklessness as to whether life would be endangered. His arrest occurred on April 16, following visits by counter terrorism police to two addresses in East London.
Previous Charges and Arrests
This charge follows the earlier indictments of three other suspects. Hamza Iqbal, 20, and Rehan Khan, 19, both British nationals from Leyton, along with a 17-year-old boy of dual British and Pakistani nationality from Walthamstow, were charged on Friday, April 3. Additionally, another 18-year-old, arrested on the same day on suspicion of conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life, has been released on bail until July.

The charges are directly linked to an arson attack that took place at approximately 1:35 AM on Monday, March 23. During this incident, four ambulances belonging to Hatzola, a volunteer-led ambulance service operating in Golders Green, were deliberately set on fire.
