The Guardian has issued corrections for several recent articles, including a misattributed study on sleep and cancer, a misspelled author name, and updates to other published pieces.
Sleep and Cancer Study Correction
An article titled "Poor sleep linked to rise in under-50s cancer cases" (30 May, p7) incorrectly stated that two studies on sleep and cancer were conducted by the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. In fact, the studies were carried out by researchers from Jefferson Health New Jersey in Stratford, New Jersey, and Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. The error has been corrected.
Author Name Misspelling
In the Saturday magazine (13 June, p45), an article suggesting Séamas O'Reilly's novel "Prestige Drama" as a holiday read misspelled the author's first name as "Seamus." The correct spelling is Séamas.
