A woman accused of stalking singer Yungblud is being sought by police after allegedly breaching a court order that banned her from attending his concerts. Theresa Foley, 52, also known as Lucie Black, failed to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on Monday to face charges of violating a five-year stalking protection order imposed in January.
The court warrant authorizes police to arrest Foley, who is prohibited from contacting Yungblud (real name Dominic Harrison) or his team, going within a mile of any venue where he performs, and posting about him on social media. She is accused of shouting at fans queuing for a Yungblud concert at the Here at Outernet venue in London's West End in April.
Prosecutor Tom Gill told the court that Foley had 'a go at people in the queue' before fans realized she was not supposed to be at the concert. Reports indicate that a traffic cone was placed on her head by fans after she allegedly began shouting abuse. The stalking protection order was originally granted on January 7 at South Yorkshire Magistrates' Court, based on evidence of stalking behavior. Foley had previously emailed the court claiming she was 'in fear' of attending and citing illness, but magistrates rejected her request to have the order overturned.
Yungblud, 28, from Doncaster, performed two special concerts at the Outernet on April 3 before embarking on a world tour currently in the United States. The warrant means Foley can be held in custody until she appears in court.
