On Tuesday morning, NSW police executed a search warrant in Shalvey in Sydney's west, arresting a 19-year-old man. A short time later, another man was arrested in Silverwater. Both men have been charged with murder following the death of Chris Baghsarian, 85, who police say was mistakenly kidnapped from his home in February.
Court Appearance
The two men were refused bail and will appear before a local court on Wednesday. Four other individuals previously charged in connection with Baghsarian's death remain before the courts.
Background
Chris Baghsarian was an 85-year-old grandfather who was allegedly kidnapped from his Sydney home in February. Police believe the kidnapping was a case of mistaken identity, leading to his tragic death.
