Teen denies role in Primrose Hill student killing

An 18-year-old has denied involvement in a brawl on Primrose Hill that resulted in the death of a filmmaking student. Khalid Abdulqadir entered not guilty pleas at the Old Bailey on Wednesday to charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to another alleged victim, violent disorder, and possession of a knife.

Incident Details

The charges relate to events at the popular North London park on April 7, during which 21-year-old Finbar Sullivan was allegedly kicked, punched, and fatally stabbed. Three other men have previously pleaded not guilty to his murder. Mr Sullivan, known as Fin, was a student at the London Screen Academy. According to his father Christopher, he had gone to Primrose Hill to test a new camera he received for his birthday.

Court Proceedings

Following his plea hearing, Abdulqadir, from Camden, was remanded into custody. His trial is scheduled to begin on January 5 next year alongside the other defendants. Mr Sullivan's father described him as a "really lovely person."
