Man charged with attempted murder after Ealing car incident

Timir Ahmed Mohamed, 34, has been charged with five counts of attempted murder after a vehicle struck pedestrians on a busy west London road, the Metropolitan Police said on Sunday.

Incident Details

The alleged incident occurred on Ealing Broadway in Ealing at approximately 2:30 PM on Saturday. A total of five pedestrians were injured. Two were treated at the scene, while three were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening and non-life-changing injuries.

Charges and Court Appearance

Mohamed, a Somalia-born British man, has also been charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop, failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, and criminal damage. He has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Willesden Magistrates' Court on Monday.
