Far-right commentator Katie Hopkins was reportedly asked to leave a pub in East London during England's World Cup debut against Croatia on Wednesday, June 17.
Altercation at Dundee Arms
Hopkins, known for her controversial views, was at the Dundee Arms in Bethnal Green when a video obtained by Sell Us Your Story shows a man instructing her to leave. She responded by telling him to "f*** off" and lunged at him before raising her middle finger to the crowd.
Patrons chanted "Katie Katie you're a c***" as Hopkins screamed and shoved a man believed to be the landlord before leaving. As she exited, the crowd cheered, and she pushed away phones of those filming her.
Witness Account
An anonymous pub-goer said: "I think she was kicked out because of her racism and general views. The vibe of the pub was that people didn't want her there. I was surprised she was served at all."
Hopkins' Controversial Past
Hopkins rose to fame on The Apprentice in 2007 and later became a right-wing commentator, facing accusations of racism, Islamophobia, fat-shaming, and classism. She lost her LBC job after comments about the Manchester Arena bombing in 2017 and was permanently banned from X (formerly Twitter) in 2020 for violating hateful conduct policies.
