Diddy Sued for Sexual Assault by Former Child Actor

Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused of sexual assault by a former child actor in a new lawsuit, just days after a fresh probe into potential criminal charges was launched. The 56-year-old rapper is currently serving time in federal prison after being convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution, though he was acquitted on more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

New Allegations from Former Child Actor

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a plaintiff identified as John Doe claims the incident occurred at a Hollywood Hills party in 2007. The former child actor alleges he was invited by Combs for a private discussion about career opportunities. Once alone, the lawsuit states that Combs began touching the actor's body before performing oral sex while masturbating. The plaintiff says he expressed discomfort before the act began. Afterward, Combs reportedly promised to keep him in mind for future roles and left the room. The actor then departed the party.

In addition to Combs, the lawsuit names several agents, alleging they failed in their duty of care to protect the actor from such situations.

Combs' Representative Responds

Juda Engelmayer, a representative for Combs, dismissed the allegations as false and ridiculous. 'He's just another hater in a long line of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest,' Engelmayer told TMZ.

Ongoing Legal Scrutiny

The new lawsuit comes as the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed that both the LAPD and LASD have submitted investigative presentations related to claims from a single alleged victim. The case, still under review, involves publicist Jonathan Hay, who filed a civil suit against Combs in July 2025. Hay alleges sexual battery in incidents from 2020 and 2021 while working on a tribute project for The Notorious B.I.G. with the rapper's son, CJ Wallace. According to Hay's lawsuit, Combs criticized the music, encouraged ketamine use, and allegedly masturbated onto a shirt before ordering Hay to 'finish him off.' A second incident in March 2021 allegedly involved forced oral sex. Wallace is also accused of conspiring to facilitate assault, which he denies.

Prison Sentence Extended

Combs is currently serving a four-year, two-month sentence at Fort Dix in New Jersey, with a $500,000 fine. His release date, originally May 8, 2028, has been pushed back to June 4, 2028, reportedly due to poor behavior in prison. Metro has reached out to Combs' rep for comment.
