Hamilton County District Attorney Coty Wamp argued that these interactions demonstrated Lee attempting to construct an alibi and conceal the crime, stating, "You have Mr. Lee using ChatGPT as a legal adviser, as a defense attorney, asking ChatGPT to give him advice on how to cover up a crime scene."
