A 16-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a teenager who was stabbed to death in a Luton park. The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 24, at around 6:20 PM in Wardown Park. Emergency services attended, but the victim, also 16, was pronounced dead at the scene.
