Event Details

On June 21, wellbeing coach James O'Keefe and psychologist Chris Wimshurst will host '100 on the Hill' at Ivinghoe Beacon. The free event includes breathwork, mindfulness, sound healing, and community connection.

Inspiration and Accessibility

The event was inspired by the success of initiatives such as Parkrun and community run clubs, which highlight a growing demand for free experiences that foster connection and wellbeing.

James O'Keefe stated: 'We wanted to create something genuinely open to everyone. Wellbeing can feel exclusive or out of reach due to cost, confidence, or not knowing where to start. Parkrun and community run clubs show people actively seek opportunities to come together, move, and connect. Free access is a huge part of their appeal.'

'100 on the Hill is our version of that—a chance to gather in nature, slow down, and connect with oneself and others. We removed as many barriers as possible by making it completely free.'

He added: 'Many people feel disconnected right now. Wellbeing, community, and belonging should be accessible to everyone.'

Event Goals

The event aims to unite people from all backgrounds for a shared experience centered on wellbeing, nature, and community.
