Silent Hill f Crossover and Manga with New Ending Revealed

Silent Hill f Expands with Crossover and Manga Announcement

Konami has unveiled exciting new developments for the horror franchise, including a crossover with Koei Tecmo and a manga adaptation that introduces a fresh canon ending. This news comes as the Silent Hill series continues its successful resurgence, highlighted by the recent remake of Silent Hill 2 and the release of Silent Hill f last year.

Crossover Details with Fatal Frame 2

In a collaboration between Konami and Koei Tecmo, the remake of Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly will receive free downloadable content inspired by Silent Hill f. The DLC is purely cosmetic, featuring Shimizu Hinako's Navy Sailor School Uniform as an outfit for the character Mio, along with a Fox Mask that can be applied to either Mio or Mayu. While there is no reciprocal DLC for Silent Hill f, this crossover marks a notable celebration between rival horror franchises.

Manga Adaptation with New Ending

Konami has also confirmed plans for a manga adaptation of Silent Hill f, to be serialized in the online magazine Young Ace Up and illustrated by Gōkin Ame. The adaptation will include a new ending written by the game's original writer, Ryukishi07. This addition will bring the total number of endings for Silent Hill f to six, as the game currently features five unlockable endings based on specific requirements.
