Time Out has just published its latest guide to the greatest rooftop bars in the city. This year, a new venue has claimed the top spot: the Queen Elizabeth Hall Roof Garden on the South Bank. Known for its botany-inspired cocktails, panoramic city views, and expansive green space, it is being hailed as the most unmissable rooftop destination in London.
