Hope Street Returns as Feature Film, Key Star Back

Popular BBC series Hope Street is heading for the big screen as the BBC commissions a feature-length special, set for release later this year. The drama, which centers on the police department and residents of the fictional town of Port Devine, has become a sensation since its debut in 2021, spanning five series and over 50 episodes.

One Of Our Own: A Hope Street Film

The one-off special, titled One Of Our Own – A Hope Street Film, is said to 'tie up loose ends' as the cast and crew reunite in Donaghadee. The plot involves a violent crime against a beloved local, and DS Marlene Pettigrew (Kerri Quinn) receives bad news. A wedding is also in store, sparking speculation among fans.

Filming commenced this week, with a theatrical release expected in Northern Ireland in September and across the UK in October.
