The clubs confirmed the moving arrangement on Friday, ahead of what will be the first meeting between the two sides since the Portuguese forward's tragic death. Jota, who was 28, died in a car accident in northwestern Spain in July alongside his younger brother.
Having played for both clubs during his career, the fixture holds deep significance. Jota first joined Wolves on loan from Atlético Madrid in 2017, making the move permanent a year later.
