The 16-year-old twins currently play for Ecuadorian club Independiente Del Valle, an academy renowned for producing world-class talent. This club has become a prime hunting ground for European giants, having previously developed players like Chelsea's Moises Caicedo and Kendry Paez, Arsenal defender Piero Hincapie, and Paris Saint-Germain's Willian Pacho.
The success stories emerging from Quito provide a compelling business case for Premier League clubs. The most striking example is Moises Caicedo, whom Brighton & Hove Albion signed for just £4 million in February 2021 before selling him to Chelsea for a staggering £100 million in August 2023.
Arsenal's Pursuit Intensifies
According to The Daily Mail, Arsenal's interest is now 'stepping up' after monitoring the Quintero brothers for over a year. The Gunners are not alone in their admiration, with European clubs including Bayer Leverkusen and Sevilla also tracking the teenagers, increasing the urgency for Arsenal to make a decisive move.
Edwin Quintero operates primarily as a right winger but is also comfortable in central positions, while his brother Holger is more frequently deployed as a central attacking player.

The pipeline from Independiente Del Valle to London shows no signs of slowing. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano recently detailed Chelsea's confirmed deal for another prospect, defender Deinner Ordonez, who is set to join the Blues in January 2028 when he turns 18.
Romano highlighted Chelsea's swift and decisive action, noting that their scouting department had monitored Ordonez for months. The defender, born in 2009, is described as tall, fast, and highly rated, following in the footsteps of other top centre-backs from the same system.
