A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with a fatal stabbing outside a café in Shadwell, East London. The suspect voluntarily surrendered himself to West Midlands Police at a station in the Birmingham area on Thursday, April 10, and is now being held in custody by the Metropolitan Police.

The violent altercation occurred outside Café Rosh on Watney Street at approximately 4:00 PM on Monday, April 7. Police officers responded swiftly to reports of an assault, discovering a man with a severe knife wound. The victim, believed to be in his late 20s or early 30s, was transported to a nearby hospital in life-threatening condition but succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
A second individual, a man in his 50s, was found at the scene with a minor arm injury. The area was immediately sealed off as investigators conducted a thorough evidence search, with police cordons extending to Tarling Street and Watney Market.
