Two men have been arrested as police investigations continue into Dezi Freeman's movements following the fatal shooting of two police officers in Porepunkah, Victoria, last year. Victoria Police stated that seven warrants were executed on Tuesday morning at properties across Victoria and New South Wales as part of the ongoing investigation by Taskforce Summit. The warrants targeted three rural properties in Buckland, Stanley, and Lucyvale in Victoria from 6:20 am, while NSW Police executed four warrants in Greenwich Park, Tarlo, Wombeyan Caves, and Umina Beach as part of Strikeforce Namberta. Searches are ongoing, and electronic devices have been seized. A 64-year-old man from Lucyvale was arrested in Wodonga and will be interviewed. A 47-year-old man from Wombeyan Caves was also arrested in Greenwich Park on unrelated warrants. No further arrests have been made, but police are speaking with occupants at the premises.
