Detectives investigating the fatal stabbing of Kamahl Cameron-Williams in Crystal Palace have named three men charged with his murder. Kamahl, 23, died from knife injuries suffered along Westow Hill shortly after 3.40am on Sunday, June 21.
Charges and Court Appearance
The three men were charged on Wednesday, June 24 and are due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, June 25. Isaiah Adio-Weathers, 23, of Evelyn Street in Deptford; Amari Auguste-Francois, 21, of Malpas Road in Hackney; and Ellis Shakiem, 23, of Denmark Road, Southwark have all been charged with murder and attempted murder. Auguste-Francois was additionally charged with possession of a bladed article.
Other Arrests and Bails
Four other people – a 17-year-old boy and three men aged 19, 30 and 45 – arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday have been bailed pending further enquiries. Kamahl’s next-of-kin continue to receive support from specialist Metropolitan Police officers.

Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Lee said: “Our thoughts remain with Kamahl’s family and friends as they come to terms with this tragic loss. There is no place for knife crime on our streets. Our detectives continue to work at pace and remain committed to apprehending those responsible for taking Kamahl away from his loved ones.”
