The Metropolitan Police confirmed the suspects—one Iranian national and three dual British-Iranian nationals—were taken into custody on Friday morning, accused of assisting a foreign intelligence service.

The arrests occurred shortly after 1am at addresses in Harrow, Watford, and Barnet, involving men aged 22, 40, 52, and 55.
