Harry Judd, best known as the drummer for the pop-rock band McFly, will portray Coach Jack Bolton, the father of the male lead, Troy Bolton. The production will debut in Salford over the summer, with Jason Donovan originally playing Coach Bolton, before transferring to London for a lengthy run at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre. This venue was recently vacated by the musical Starlight Express after a two-year residency. The London performances are scheduled from October 12, 2026, to January 3, 2027.
