Gemma Collins Slams David and Jimmy After I'm A Celeb Final

Gemma Collins has branded David Haye and Jimmy Bullard 'disgusting' following their behavior during the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! South Africa final. The live show descended into chaos as the former boxer and ex-footballer targeted winner Adam Thomas, sparking a heated exchange that led to Collins and Sinitta walking off set.

Heckling and Accusations

The drama began when David Haye, 45, heckled Adam Thomas, 37, from the audience while the actor spoke with hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, both 50. Later, Jimmy Bullard, 47, labeled Adam 'abusive, aggressive, and intimidating,' with Haye joining the criticism. This prompted Gemma Collins, 45, and Sinitta, 62, to leave the studio.

In an Instagram comment, Collins wrote: 'David and Jimmy’s behaviour was DISGUSTING!' The Towie star had been seated between the two men when Haye shouted at Adam: 'Do you think you deserve to win this, after calling Jimmy the c-word a couple of times?' Adam replied: 'After that trial, I deserve it yeah.'

Adam Thomas Wins Amid Controversy

Despite the turmoil, Adam Thomas was crowned winner of the South African spin-off. He posted a heartfelt message on social media, saying: 'I walked through this journey with my heart first, no matter what came my way… It was not always easy, there were moments that could have broken me, but I stayed true to myself and that is something I will always be proud of.' He added: 'To those who doubted me or tried to bring me down, I carry no negativity towards you. I have already won in the ways that matter most.'

Support poured in from fellow campmates, including Scarlett Moffatt and Ashley Roberts. Caroline Thomas, Adam's wife, released a statement condemning the 'vile display,' calling it 'a glimpse of a real jungle, watching a pack of vultures attack.'

Background of the Feud

The conflict originated earlier in the series when Jimmy Bullard called 'I'm a celebrity, get me out of here' during a trial with Adam, putting both their positions at risk. Although Adam was allowed to stay and Jimmy left, an expletive-laden argument erupted. Adam shouted: 'Pr**k. I have done all that for him… if you wanted to go, f***ing go. Don’t take me with you.'

ITV stated they showed 'an accurate and fair representation of events,' while host Ant McPartlin confirmed some language was 'un-broadcastable.' During the final, Jimmy claimed his fee would change depending on how he left, but maintained Adam was 'aggressive.' Adam took 'full responsibility' for his actions, saying 'emotions were definitely running high' and that he had 'nothing but love for Jimmy.'

David Haye continued to interrupt and question Adam, defending Jimmy, leading to a shouting match that Ant and Dec struggled to calm. Metro has reached out to Jimmy Bullard and David Haye for comment.
