The shop offers flowers created by the hotel's in-house team of expert florists and designers, who typically prepare bouquets for guests' rooms, events, and weddings. Customers can buy blooms simply wrapped to arrange at home, or have the Claridge's team arrange them into a bouquet.
Claridge's Flowers specialises in seasonal blooms, showcasing British flowers such as dahlias, delphinium, hellebores, and hydrangeas. The shop also sells coloured glassware and artisanal vases to display the flowers.
